I absolutely love Milo, all my friends know this. Honestly I could have probably bought the Milo factory with the amount of money I have spent on Milo. I will try different ways to eat Milo and by far my favourite is Milo balls. A chocolate ball of Milo goodness! Best of all they are really easy to make. Also they can be frozen so you can make them in advanced and eat later. I'm going to share this awesome recipe with you, because it would be a crime not to share thats treat.

To get started, you will need the following

INGREDIENTS

- 250 grams of Marie biscuits crushed

- 395 grams Condensed Milk

- 4 tbsp Milo Desiccated

- Coconut For Rolling

METHOD

- Crush the biscuits until small or fine (this works well in a food processor if you have one!).

- Add the Milo and condensed milk and mix until well combined.

- Roll into teaspoon sized balls with your hands and then roll in the shredded coconut to coat.

TIP - Wash your hands every 2-3 balls as the mixture is VERY sticky. (damp hands make the balls easier to handle)

- Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until firm. The Milo Balls are suitable to freeze for up to four weeks. When freezing layer with baking paper and seal in an airtight container.

If you are not a fan of coconut, Milo Balls can be rolled in sifted cocoa or chocolate sprinkles. I found that using a plastic spoon to use as a scoop and a dish of water to dunk it in made the process of rolling so much easier.

Now go make these babies and enjoy my lovelies!
